TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These terms and conditions apply between Nataedea and anyone making a purchase via the website www.nataedea.com, hereinafter referred to as "the customer.
Nataedea complies with all applicable consumer protection laws related to distance selling.
Placing an Order
Obligations
By completing and confirming an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions without reservation. In the event of an error in the information provided, Nataedea cannot be held responsible for any resulting issues, such as delayed or incorrect deliveries. Any costs incurred for re-shipping will be the customer's responsibility.
Order Confirmation
Confirming an order serves as an official signature and represents the customer's express acceptance of all activities performed on the website.
Product Availability
In cases of major issue (product unavailability, stock shortages, strikes, floods, fires, or riots), Nataedea is not liable for failure to fulfill the contract. If such an issue arises, Nataedea will inform the customer by email or phone. The customer may request to cancel the order and receive a refund or exchange the product within 30 days.
Products
Product Non-Conformity
If the product delivered does not match the one ordered, the customer must notify Nataedea within 7 days of receiving the package, by providing the order confirmation email. This should be done via email to initiate the return or exchange process.
Pricing
Prices are shown in euros, inclusive of all taxes, but do not include shipping costs. Nataedea reserves the right to change prices at any time, but orders will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time of order confirmation.
Payment
Customers can pay by credit card, PayPal, bank transfer.
Products will be shipped once payment has been confirmed.
In case of payment issues or disputes, Nataedea reserves the right to cancel the sale without notice and may request the return of the product at the customer's expense.
Warranty and After-Sales Service
Warranty
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and material flaws. It does not cover damage caused by contact with harsh substances such as cosmetics, perfumes, household products, detergents, or other corrosive agents. Misuse, impacts, or normal wear and tear are also excluded.
After-Sales Service
Nataedea offers a warranty against hidden defects that render the product unfit for use. If the customer wishes to make a claim, they must contact Nataedea by email to receive instructions on returning the item. Nataedea will repair or replace the item, subject to stock availability. After-sales service requests are typically processed within 1 month.
Right to Withdraw
In accordance with French consumer law (Article L. 121-20-12), customers have 10 calendar days from the delivery date to return items in their original packaging at their own expense, under the same shipping conditions as the original delivery. This right does not apply to made to order products.
Returned items must be in new, resaleable condition. Damaged or incomplete items, or items returned with damaged or missing packaging, will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
Upon receipt of the returned item, Nataedea will process the refund within 30 days, provided the return conditions are met.
Data Protection and Privacy
In compliance with French law No. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, on data protection and civil liberties, customers have the right to access, correct, modify, or delete their personal information.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Nataedea website is protected by copyright. Designs are registered with the INPI (French National Institute of Industrial Property) and are the exclusive property of Nataedea.
The customer acknowledges that Nataedea’s products, trademarks, images, photographs, product names, and packaging are the exclusive property of Nataedea.
The customer agrees not to reproduce, use, or attempt to appropriate any of Nataedea’s designs, packaging, trademarks, or other intellectual property, whether or not they are protected by patent, trademark, or copyright.
Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises between Nataedea and the customer that cannot be resolved amicably (regarding the interpretation or application of these terms), the courts of Nanterre, France, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
